R/C Naval Combat

Purchased from Swamwork's Mfg as a full kit in 1992 built 1993 this model has logged a vast amount of "Sea"time and battles. Being a fan favorite at local shows and for the Paparazzi. Bismarck is a semi scale kit. It's been featured in the media many times and has been in 2 publications. The model though primitive compared to the great models utilizing the many advanced techniques and technologies still holds it's own. Bismarck completed IRCWCC NATS 2010 scoring very well sinking once but placing very high overall in overall points. The model was praised for it's looks, handling and combat effectiveness using only the basics in technology. The Bismarck's at Nats of which there were 2 proved formidable adversaries and very effective. Bismarck met and exceeded all expectations. With minor upgrades and improvements Bismarck will be back again for another round of NATS battling.

Currently as of 2012 in refit for relaunch summer of 2012

UPDATE: May 18/2012 . Fitting out details on the model. Only other large items are the life boat launches and the rest is just small deck, and superstructure and rigging details. Only paint work left is the upper level camo stripes . I will post new photos of the model with it's latest look very soon.
