R/C Naval Combat

Yamato is a Ralph Cole's hull also released back in the late 90's. This model is a hybrid of commercial and scratch built parts and accessories. Like Bismarck it too is a fan favorite at shows and battles and feared in battle. It has seen a lot of tough battles and spent a lot of time on the pond conducting promotion of the hobby. It has been featured in the media many times like Bismarck and has a bio featured in the Yamato Owner's Association. Videos of Yamato are seen on Youtube and the model even caught the attention recently from RC COMMAND sales and Marketing expressing praise intereset in showing the Youtube video to show case their exceptionally made RTR 144 scale Yamato. Currently the Yamato is semi retired but ready to commit to battle when called for. This model will be the first of it's type to be mounted tripple sidemounts for CWC-X format and reduced speed.
