That's how I envisioned someone doing a Tico, is arming guns, not rockets. Actually a Ticonderoga with dual rudders would be a pretty darned snazzy cruiser, although ugly as sin. It would be kinda cool to see someone do a modern battlegroup with say a refit Iowa and a pair of Ticos as an escort.
