I haven't reached Kelley recently.  I called the last time I was up in the area but no one was home.

Not sure where he lives, but if its up my direction I can run over to his place and pick it up if you let him know and tell me where to go.

The Westfalen survived sea trials today.  Tomorrow I will check to see if the repairs to the gas system are holding or not, but it looks like she will make it to battle.

Thats great news! It'll be good to have you on the pond, though I hope youre on my side, since i can't hit the Westfalen unless I run it over...

Suffren has been patched (and had half a panel replaced) and has been repainted. All systems have been re-tested and are ready.

I believe I have solved the electrical problems of the Maru, with some luck and some time it might actually see the water next week for more than 2 minutes.

karlsruhe suffered a bit o minor damage in teh move, it is repaired. Now she needs the waterline installed and two deck tiedowns, along with a recovery float to be 100%

Bismarck is ready to go. swapped out all the guns. I should get the 5th from Phill at the Battle. Trying to figure how to put dual sterns in this ship is proving much more challenging than one thought.

I am sure there would be a lot more room for duel stern guns without that extra pump you have

Then he'd have to find room for another gun though.

At least we could sink him without having to resort to galley tactics.

I wonder how big of a hole it would take to overwhelm those pumps.

Is the Bismarck really that bad you would resort to that little toy?

Its not the Bismarck itself we object to. Its the spending 2 units on pumps in it that amuses us so.

Well when I bought the ship and built it I was all moto and planning to go to NATS and all that. I also knew that people like to go after the big ships so I made sure I compensated for that.

Those are so small we would need a fleet of those little things and hope you foul your props running over them.  Then we could swoop in and get you.

Alex, the rules say you can have two pumps so you are totally legal and within your rights to have them.  But you should also realize that given how few of us there are you are basically unsinkable without ram damage.  So I don't object to you having two or even six pumps but that doesn't mean I wont tease you a little about it either.

Real men don't need pumps!

Actually, one thing I forgot to check on her is which way her pump is spinning. If it is backwards then that would explain why it doesn't always prime.
