Hmmm.  Looking at the fleet in the garage:

Richelieu,Suffren,Montcalm,Mogador

Still to finish:  Surcouf

Obviously I need to be working on a hull for the Algerie and the Province...

I think you should build the new Mutsu first...

How far is your Surcouf?
Running: SMS Derfflinger, IJN Maru(oiler)
Building: SMS Moltke, Orfey Class DD

That used to be Tom Cromwell's old NAGATO PURCHASED BACK IN 2000-2001. It was purchased from the U.S I forget the Captain but it's been around a lot longerthan 16 yrs. It was a very old model by the time it was up for sale. It was at least 15 to 20 yrs by the time it was sold to Tom. I refitted it for Tom where it served under Tom's command for several years in Nabs. It ended up with Sinkin purchasing it where it was used at various events as display and target ship. The keel was eventually collapsing so it was reiinforced with exposy resin inside. That hull is very old. I wondere'd what happened to it .
I should post of it's arrival and refit to show you.

Hi Curt,

I have that ship.  I tried to resheet it, but it disintegrated.  The stern broke off just the same as shown in the pictures here.  It is still in my garage  -- I plan to make a new hull for and reuse the superstructure.  I just need a little more practice making wooden hulls.

Hi Rob. Yeah Tom informed me that you had the ship and it's not the one that was posted. Apparently there were 2 of these that were made nearly identically. That hull had quite a bit of milage on it. Well atl least the top half will get more milage than the hull. Thanks for clearing that up for me Rob.

What you failed to add Nick was that she sank first. Not add insult to injury.

Well it appears to be a rather pretty sink though!

Will the same salvage company that stripped down the Tirpitz be contracted to strip down this Mutsu?
