When was the fist guided missile designed?(actually work)

What air craft launched it?

What country fired it?

What ship was its target?

What country did the ship belong to?

Only answer Im not sure on is the ship.

You only have to answer one at a time if you want.

Technically, Fritz-X was a guided bomb. A missile has a propulsion system, usually a solid rocket motor or a turbojet engine.
