I used less than 1/4 inch for my Tennessee and Tirpitz. It's a lighter sheet and easeir to cut hatches. I don't intend on bolting the sintra to the gunwale.I will install a sub-deck to mount the sintra deck on. I think I am using 1/8 in or thicker. I'll have to check and get back to you on that tomorrow.
