I appreciate you saying something about that.
I am way behind schedule on her mainly because I just can't bring myself to speeding through the build as I have done on many of my projects in the past.
The Hood is probably my favorite ship of all time. And I have come to the conclusion that I want to give her my best shot.
Four more days till she goes into combat.

She fought well, and performed brilliantly. I think it's fair to say that Hood isn't the punchline to many jokes in Treaty Combat.

I think the Hood will be a great ship if she is faught like a battlecruiser. If she is faught like a battleship, then she will be fine some of the time, but will pay the price that any battlecruiser that is battled like a battleship will eventually pay.

A new photo of the Hood next to the Prince of Wales, at the Dayton Days R/C event.
I haven't made much progress on her as of late.
The after mast is installed, with it's starfish.

Some photos of my rudder, and the after tripod, and starfish.
I am also working on some anti-aircraft mounts as well.

Thanks Greg.
I have really been enjoying the build. I was hoping to be a lot further along, but there is always something getting in the way.
Oh well. All in good time I suppose.
