R/C Naval Combat

I'm not quite sure what i want for the email... depends how much mail we get i guess! Would it work for me to hook up Mail to it? (Mail is Mac's outlook) ... it would come in handy for contacts and everything, working alongside iCalendar and whatnot.... and my yahoo accounts dont allow Popping accounts so right now its sitting still...


As for a staff... hahaha, no! i wish.... i mean i have a few "liasions" i could list...but other than that no actual staff.

I think you should create a new thread... "HELP WANTED" & post "HELP WANTED" in the newsletter too.

Liasons could be considered reporters or photographers.

webmail/pop3/smtp/imap4 is available... so yes it will work in "Mail". It also has 2GB of storage, so you don't have to worry about deleting things or running out of space.

what positions would i do? other than liasons i'm not really sure yet what is needed...other than a better program than word!

what do you mean what position? It is your newsletter, you are the editor and cheif. You are responsible for everything until to you have people to delegate your responsibilities to.

I'm not sure what is wrong with word, you said it creates pdfs, I have seen word be more than sufficient for other things I've written. But then again, I'm not a writer I'm a programmer. I write as little as possible. SO I don't know what you need that word doesn't have & I probably wouldn't know how to use the new features anyway! :)

its just boring for me... i want to spice up the newsletter visually but Word doesn't give you much options... i have to stick to the templates they proved (which suck) and cant customize them very easily.

Why don't you post what you have & let me take a look. That's what the newsroom is for.. colaboration!
