Oh and we will need to change Rule II A 9:

Currently: "9. The paint scheme should be one of the wartime paint schemes used by the country of the ship modeled.. If unknown, then paint above the waterline battleship grey, below the waterline red, and black for the waterline."

Suggested change: "9. The paint scheme should be one of the historically appropriate schemes used by the country of the ship modeled..."

Not a big deal really but if we are going to define it let's give people some lee way. All grey boats gets very dull.

I have no problem with your proposal. Any naysayers?
Battling: SMS Scharnhorst, SMS Baden Building: HMS KGV (Drives, pumps water, guns are in but not plumbed) MN Edgar Quinet (Hull done) Drydock/Mothballed: Rus Evstafi, DKM Lutzow, HMS Invincible Plus 20-odd other projects, according to my Boy Scouts who thoughtfully counted them for me.

Though Royal Navy Victorian "War Paint" was black hulls and grey upperworks. (Oddly just like the normal French paint scheme).

Russian Pacific Fleet was brown!

Absolutely unacceptable. Henceforth, all ships shall be required to wear pink. Purple polka-dots camouflage optional
