Nevadas... a little newer. If I had plans for CTs or VAs yet, I'd consider it :) (got some?)
Battling: SMS Scharnhorst, SMS Baden Building: HMS KGV (Drives, pumps water, guns are in but not plumbed) MN Edgar Quinet (Hull done) Drydock/Mothballed: Rus Evstafi, DKM Lutzow, HMS Invincible Plus 20-odd other projects, according to my Boy Scouts who thoughtfully counted them for me.

Sw33t :) I need to finish some turrets so I can get my own ship started!

Nevada's as built? Tasty. I have a thing for cage masts.

I have some CT plans but I think they lack the detail needed. Pity the Nevadas can't pull off white and buff though.

But you could do bright orange for the Bikini version!

I have some Floating Drydock plans in 1/96 for the 1944 version. I'll have to look and see if they have the as-built one. Bikini :) mmmmm....

I don't think they do. That my main annoyance with them. They have very good coverage of the WW2 versions but not of the as built. I guess backdating to Pearl would be doable but the bulges ruin the old girl's figure.

FDD does have a Pennsylvania in her 1913 fit.

For the Bikini version all we need now is a 1/96 B-29

Go Pennsylvania 1913 to get the extra guns anyways! It will also give you four shafts to help with moss. It would also be a benefit if you're allowed to use the screws to help turn.

Just posting the info on the Porter class DDs from Conways.
2597 tons full load.
381' 1" over-all.
37' beam.
2 shafts.....37 knots.
Eight 5"/38 (four twin turrets).
8 TT (two quad mounts).
Sounds like a nice little ship.

Yeeessssss ...

There is a new French cruiser on the building boards right now. Hopefully, sea trials by next weekend, and ready for battle by Memorial day. :)

Right after that one is done, I have to build a Bearn by the beginning of July.

Oops. Just realized that I'm in the wrong scale. Heh.

Scratch the last post ... that's all in 1/144. Instead, sometime next winter there will be a French cruiser started in 1/96. The plan is to have that ship done, and perhaps a Bearn in 1/96 by August 1009.
