I'm surprised that you found plans for the refit!
Battling: SMS Scharnhorst, SMS Baden Building: HMS KGV (Drives, pumps water, guns are in but not plumbed) MN Edgar Quinet (Hull done) Drydock/Mothballed: Rus Evstafi, DKM Lutzow, HMS Invincible Plus 20-odd other projects, according to my Boy Scouts who thoughtfully counted them for me.

Have had them for a while. BDE sold them. Odd they are too. The float plane looks like an SE-5a with pontoons. That stack has more twists than anything the IJN put on their ships in the 1920's. Need to find dryer tubing in an appropriate diameter. Nothing else will do it justice.

On the bright side "The Hunt for Red October" soundtrack will make great building music for it.

The draw back is I have to learn how to pronounce "Oktoberskaya Revolutsia" consistently.

Vive la France!

Which is one of the problems....what transliteration to use.

McLaughlin uses "Oktiabrskaia revoliutsiia".

Think I will stick with Gangut.
