Welp, there is a counter ... teamwork.

If they do turn out to be the baddest fish on the pond, the other team may specifically target the ship for special attention by a pair of ships.  Heh.

This is true. I don't have confidence in the teamwork happening though. What's more likely is that a wiley carrier captain would make the enemy teams trip all over each other.

It would take some practice, but you should of seen Don and I with our Duke's. We set them up to complement each other's guns, and have been practicing teamwork for most of the last year.

We had loads of fun sinking Jeff's dual pump Yamato, in less than 5 minutes after the battle was called at Nats, and at the last SE IIRC regional, we took down Carl's Yamato also. We have taken on 7 other boats here in region at 3 one time, and sank 5 of them, and damaged the other 2, without either of us sinking. It's now to the point that region 3 does not let us be on the same team. But it does not matter, we have alot of fun shooting at each other also.

What other hobby lets you shoot at your best friends?  We really like shooting at Tuggy's.

Its better to give than to receive. Southeast Attack Squadron

psh... you can't sink Lil Scharnie unless I intentionally hang around to be shot at When's the next battle?
Battling: SMS Scharnhorst, SMS Baden Building: HMS KGV (Drives, pumps water, guns are in but not plumbed) MN Edgar Quinet (Hull done) Drydock/Mothballed: Rus Evstafi, DKM Lutzow, HMS Invincible Plus 20-odd other projects, according to my Boy Scouts who thoughtfully counted them for me.

I don't doubt you at all.  I doubt most people are disciplined enough to work together that well.  Rather then not allow you and Don to be on the same team, it would have been nice to see another duo build something Axis that might have a chance at beating you and take a shot at the title.
