Mikey told me its sometime early in august, but I can't remember the exact day.

The next one is in Red Lion, PA next weekend. Two weekends after that I think there is another one in Ravenna, OH.

We are trying to schedule a battle in the Cinci area sometime just after Laborday weekend. I will post more info soon.

Phil A., and I attended a 1/4 scale fly-in at the air-force museum yesterday, and had a display set up for the combat ships.
We had a lot of folks stop in to look see what we were about, and we handed out a grunch of fliers, and got some e-mail info for others.
We also had a guy that knows of a battle site near Troy Ohio, that we will be looking into. It that works out, then we will now have a north Dayton battle site to add to the list.
I am off to a build session just now.

Hehe. I forgot what I was planning to post earlier.
As it stands, we have three battle sites that we want to take a look at. Cinci, Ohio, Xenia, Ohio, and Richmond, Indiana.
I propose that we schedule our next event at the Cinci location in the next week, or two, and then have events at both of the other sites before the middle of October.
That way, we get to take a look at all of the sites in the near future.

We will be working up a schedule for Treaty events this year.
Although there might be something in April, I would anticipate that our first event will be sometime in May.
We will probably try to schedule at least one event in each month, starting in May, and going through Oct.
We are still looking at possibly having a Nats event in August, possibly in Ravenna, Ohio.
We will post the dates in the near future for at least the first few events.

Specifically the next treaty battle is in Ravenna, OH 03 and 04 May. Just a little over a week away, guys!

The next Treaty battle is June 14-15 in Newark Ohio.
BBS has invited us to battle between their sorties.
I will be there with the Renown as my primary ship, and have the ol Strasbourg as a back-up/loaner.

At the captain's meeting we discussed having a one-day
battle in the Dayton area on either Saturday July 12, or
Sunday July 13.
We will see if we can get one of the battle-sites, and
post any up-dates.

As most of the locals are tied up this weekend with family stuff, we are planning to move the battle to either next weekend, or the weekend after that.
I will try to post an up-date in a few days.

Roland and Treaty have invited the BBS up to participate in a multi-format event at the Ravenna Ohio battle site on Sept. 6-7 2008.
Whichever format is ready first will take to the water first. After the first sortie is finished, the other format will take their turn at a sortie.

Treaty has been invited to attend a multi-format event with the BBS at their Newark Ohio battle site on the weekend of Sept. 13-14.

The Dayton area Treaty group is planning to host a one, or two day event at the Xenia Ohio battle site towards the end of September, or early October.
We will try to nail down the dates after the Newark event.

I just found out that I had changed weekend call with someone the same weekend of the Ravenna battle. Sorry, I will not be able to attend and take part in the fun. :(
