Not unless it is a stringer according to IRC rules, if other rulesets are different, chime in...

Hi Zack,
Nope, just those stringers that are laid out on your hull. If you have any doubts, you can swing by my house next weekend; I'll be playing in my shop all day Saturday. Come over and cut the windows out!

But definately don't hesitate to ask question on here before doing something you're in doubt about!

well i already started cutting them out, ill post pics when i get a chance, but i will see what where doing that weekend see if we can come up there get some opinions. Also the northern vdt said something about s stringer goin across the below the casemates.

Yes... if there is any doubt on that area of the ship, wait till you come over to cut there (if it's not already cut)...
