Well I just started the hobby and right now researching about everything and I only have about $ 250. I read the cheap ship thread but it didn't really help, I just want a ship with atleast 2 guns that is under $ 250! (I already have a Radio)

Look under the builds section at the "Cheapest point of entry" thread.

Having a radio cuts down a major portion of the expense. So that is a bonus.
