Being relatively ambidextrous is a good thing. Which mode it is doesn't matter a whole lot. You can change it up with a small screw driver and some patience. Either stick can be exchanged for buttons.

Not hard. When you go to another build session or battle where someone has a modified radio with buttons ask them to show the inner workings of it to you at some point. That is a ways away though:-)
