Okay, well if you find time anytime soon to put any more plans on this site, some carriers would be interesting.

I have bookmarked the website for those plans, I may order from them in the futrue.

I have plans ready to pot; there is a technical issue with the uploader that is being addressed. I can't post plans from Miyukikai (or anyplace that copyrights their work in the US or Canada). Stuff from the French and Russians and Poles is fair game, though. As is anything in the public domain.

Once I can post, the number and variety of plans will increase.
Battling: SMS Scharnhorst, SMS Baden Building: HMS KGV (Drives, pumps water, guns are in but not plumbed) MN Edgar Quinet (Hull done) Drydock/Mothballed: Rus Evstafi, DKM Lutzow, HMS Invincible Plus 20-odd other projects, according to my Boy Scouts who thoughtfully counted them for me.

A question regarding copyright, if you were to assemble a CAD planset for frames, keels, etc by measuring off of a set of copyrighted plans, would your frameset be then a separate entity under copyright law, or would it be legally a derivative work of the original plans that you obtained the numbers from?
Running: SMS Derfflinger, IJN Maru(oiler)
Building: SMS Moltke, Orfey Class DD

That is a good question. I don't know enough about copyright law to tell you. Realistically, if it's not being sold or distributed in great numbers, no one is going to come bust you. No money without damages, as they say. Even if someone proved that a set of CAD plans damaged them financially, the damages would be so small that no lawyer would take the case.

Personally, if it's changed into a set of CAD plans, I don't think it's close enough to the original to cry foul.

I have a set of 1/144 Bearn plans converted to pdf. That's the file Justin asked me to email to him.

Boomer, the humor was that you were asking if I had plans for Bretagne... I have many many plans Bretagne is most assuredly among them.
