I want to thank Justin for inviting me to this Forum. Hard to believe it's been 2yrs. Justin Contacted me in Dec of 05 by email from the Yahoo site. At that time I was into my 4 mth of Chemo, broke and depressed. Craig was trying to run the club as best as he could. The future of the hobby I tried so hard to maintain for a decade was in danger of dissappearing from the Atlantic Region in Canada. The hobby was going through a transistion and a much needed community was needed online to bring the hobby under one umbrella. A much needed One stop shopping for an unsual but always fascinating sport/hobby. I knew I was not in a good position to develop a forum. Thank God for Justin Scott who also saw a need to unite all the areas of RC Combat. I didn't know Justin Scott but I could tell he really cared about the future of the Hobby. How could I not help him? I contacted Craig shortly thereafter and got Craig on Board. Well here we are today. Wow. What a great Go to Place for anyone interested in the hobby. Since it's inception it's been my #1 site to go to. I have learned a great deal from it and have met a lot of fantastic Captains through it. Anybody I meet I always refer them to this site. Thanks Jason for bringing me aboard and allowing me to stay. Here's to the Future of the Hobby.

Cheers! Gratz to both of you and it was really great hanging out with ya during CANATS last month and sponging up your advice and experience.

I eagerly look forward to sinking both of you in the future, though to be honest, it's much more likely to be the other way around as the experienced skippers pick on the clueless newbie.

LOL

Well done to both of you!!!! I was on course and missed this whole thread. Craig, you brought me into the obsession and I thank you (although Pam occasionally wants to kick you arse[:D]), Curt you gave me some much needed insight into what I had to do and how to do it and for that I thank you. Keep up the good work!!!

You guys thought I'd forget... Didn't you?

To tell the truth, I was worried I wouldn't be able to re-title you guys! But I've been reading the forum's manual & sure enough! There's an option! You have to enable it in two completely different place, but it can be done! YEAH!
Cheers,
jks

What would we do without the Stokamoto

Just when you think you know the answers, I change the questions.
