Do a Google search for "Red circle with a white X" All kinds of hits. I'm not a computer guy so I can't make heads or tails of it.

If anyone has info on the popup that appeared on your desktop when the red circle from hell was clicked on let me know what it was. I am able to talk to the people at Stopsign on line. They should be able to take care of this.

Like I posted before, I am working with Stopsign on the "Red Circle with the White X on the tool bar." The opened a ticket and must be on the path to ridding my computer as I don't see it on my tool bar any longer. I ecpect an email from them next week.

My computer is now been cleand of the trojan virus that the hacker unleashed on this site. StopSign had to take a snapshot of my files and create a program to clean the system. After loading StopSign's cleaning file, which ran for about 2 hrs, I no longer have the "Red Circle with the White X" or the trojan virus.
If anyone is still having trouble I would strongley recommend StopSign.
