THAT will be interesting. That's a huge mold, make sure that you make it strong enough to hold it's shape + weight of hull (which should be thick as heck too)...

Carl, do you happen to have the address/email of the guy who makes the fiberglass I400's?

For a Montana? If you're using heavy fiberglass, 5 layers.
