I did not know they were available yet. I suspect they will be good from my past experiences with Strike.

Jagg, could you be more specific about what information you're looking for, quality-wise?

The Strike Models Big Gun cannons are basically BDE cannons with improved materials and manufacturing techniques. I've used a number of BDE cannons, and they are pretty good stuff. The magazine is great, with reliable ammo feed, good air flow, and a good rotation bearing. Strike has improved the lower valve and accumulator, using o-ring seals and a few other modifications to make maintenance easier.

I only know of two problems with the original BDE cannons. First, the guy who made the original BDE cannons had a bad habit of using under-size accumulators. Without enough air, the cannons would be under-powered, and replacing the PVC accumulators with larger ones was a difficult, time-consuming task that required a lathe. Strike Models specifically took this into account when upgrading the design. Now the cannons come with an appropriately-sized accumulator already, and the o-ring seals make swapping for a different accumulator a matter of minutes. Problem solved.
The other problem with the original BDE cannons was that the rotation bearing was sometimes loose, causing the magazine and barrels to recoil when firing. This was a problem with how the cannons were assembled, and correcting it required disassembling the bearing and installing a thicker washer. I actually don't know if Strike has corrected this problem yet, but if a couple degrees of wiggle is the only issue the Strike cannons have, I'd say they're doing pretty good.
