Do you have a photo or two, and how much to ship to Sparks, NV (89436)?

Hahaha Brandon, I see that I'm not the only one who's recently fallen for the mighty Yamato's charms! I wonder how many we'll see at Nats next year? Maybe a Yamato squadron! 8)

Lol... I suspect it's cause I'm so beamy... I decided to do one from wood, it'd be fun if Brandon showed up at Nats '11 with this one and Yamato and Musashi hunted down allied vermin together!!

Edit: I have gone back to the gym recently for two reasons: 1) To reduce my beam so as to fit through the Panama Canal   2) To be able to lift Musashi when she's full of water, without savaging my back!!

Well I have at least one of every class of Japanese battleship except Yamato. And Pokemon is japanese, and they said you have to catch them all so that seems pretty clear to me. However my better half said "You need to sell a project before you get another one" and I like all the ones I have, so looks like I'll have to wait.

I'm running the Nagato for nats '11, this year will be Fuso's farewell tour as my Nats ship.

Awww... Brandon! You can't leave me hanging! But if the Better Half(tm) so dictates... sigh. Are you married?!?!?! When did that happen?

No, not married yet but might be keeping this one around for a while. Or rather, she might be keeping me around HA! It's probably more like a better 2/3...

Ha! Well spoken. Find a keeper and trick her into thinking you are what she wants to keep around! It's worked for me for the last 5-odd years (not counting the curious process of courtship!)

Hey Brandon, here's an idea. Send one or two of your ships out on "extended leave" with new skippers. Your admiral sees one less ship in the house, there's another ship on the water at your local battles, and you don't have to sell your ship to do it! I started doing that trick when my parents told me no more ships, and they still haven't caught on! I'm now up to a 5-ship fleet, with an entire squadron of destroyers on the drawing board.
There are 101 different types of people: those who understand binary, those who don't, and those who just can't count...

I also think I'm not ready to tackle a problem as large as a Yamato. It's taken me 3 years to get Fuso up to the point she's at now, probably still need some experience in 24sec anyways. Is tempting though. But id rather see her on the water somewhere than taking up space in my garage.

Renodemona the best thing about an empty Yamato hull is you can use it for storage and store a lot of stuff inside that hull huge hull.Just check it time to time for stowaways such as Cats! Cats seem to like sitting iniside a Yamato hull.

Well right now I'm storing the Emden inside the Tennessee which has the Ise sitting on top of it inside the big wooden box that I got with nagato. The Nagato sits on top of my patrol car on my days off and the lincoln during the work week. Fuso is on the work table with Noshiro. The old Fuso, the Hiei, and the Chitose are leaning up in the corner. And I have a Gorgon hull somewhere. The Gorgon hull is available if anyone wants it. I have cut a deck for it but that's about it. Or will trade it for any similarly sized axis hull.

And when Buddy gets the Wyoming finished up for me, that has to go somewhere as well.

Too many projects.

I did get them, thank you. She looks good but congress can't approve the budget for an undertaking this large right now.
